Calvin R. Leonard II was born in Oakland, California November 4, 1977. Calvin at the age of 16 realized his life mission would be to serve God and be a paradigm shift to initiate change in individual’s life. Calvin joined the Air Force in 1999 and served as an Office of Special Investigation (OSI) agent where he educated military personnel on their civil rights and educated civilians on state laws and military policy.
In 2010, Calvin decided to attain a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Services for the purpose of becoming a substance abuse counselor and college instructor. Calvin has served as a substance abuse counselor at the Salvation Army using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a tool to assist clients. Calvin also serves as a batterers intervention facilitator. Facilitating groups is Calvin’s passion and his God given gift to inspire change.
